An easy high protein chia seed pudding for snacks or a small meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 banana, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar (or any jar for that manner) and shake vigorously. Let sit in fridge overnight.

Notes

To prep ahead:

  • Prepare a batch and portion out into 4 mason jar containers to have on the go snacks

Pureed:

  • Not recommended

Soft:

  • Serve as is but be aware this may not be allowed on everyone’s surgeon’s guidelines. Please check.

Regular:

  • Serve as is
