Caramelized Cinnamon Stuffed Pear

An easy dessert to satisfy that sweet tooth.


  • 1 Bosc pear
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ c cottage cheese
  • Dash of cinnamon


1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Cut pear in half and remove center with seeds
3. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and cook for 15 min. Remove and brush 1 tsp of coconut oil.
4. Place back in oven and cook for another 10 min
(Remove and place ¼ c cottage cheese in each pear. Sprinkle with cinnamon)

As you can see in picture I also placed additional cottage cheese on the side to add more protein.


Pureed Stage:

  • Blend roasted pear in food processor with cottage cheese. Use skim milk to thin out. Please check surgeons guidelines for fruit recommendations.

Soft Stage:

  • Omit walnuts

Regular Stage:

  • Serve as written
