About Kristin Willard, RDN
Hi, my name is Kristin Willard and I have been working with the weight loss surgery community for the past five years and have been a Registered Dietitian for past nine years. Over the course of this time I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of bariatric patients. I love witnessing their amazing transformations and being a part of their successes.
During this time, here is what I have come to believe about nutrition after surgery:
- It doesn’t need to be complicated
- Calorie counting isn’t necessary
- Listening to your body is one of the best tools you have
I have presented my information at the Obesity Help Conference 2018 and create meal plans for bariatric post ops based upon what I have learned over the years. I also provide one-on-one nutrition counseling packages for those looking for extra support.
My goal is to help you feel confident after surgery so you can live your life the way you want to live it!
On personal note, I live on a farm in Northern California with my husband and daughter and enjoy being outside. My biggest weakness is late night Amazon purchases. I hang out the most on Instagram where I've gained the support of over 18k followers and counting. Please join me.
